How to make your booking.

If you are a new client we ask you to please call us to make a booking, and we will lovingly assist and guide you through our system. We can assist you using our on line booking system. once you have chatted to us about procedure and protocol of attending the center.

We have a friendly super easy online booking system. Please note that you need to set up a password to do this, there are prompts on the page, or you can call us and we will do it for you.

For this to work there needs to be a current email address on your massage profile page.

If your preferred therapist is forward booked in advance, please don’t be discouraged. All of our team members have been specifically chosen for their excellent skills. You will receive the most exquisite massage experience from any one of them.

We absolutely recommend that you think about a forward wellness plan for yourself. So you can plan ahead and get your fave therapist at your fave time. We have a lot of regular clients doing this- and are already booking their wellness plan in for 2023.

We simply cannot see any client that is even just a little bit sick, you cannot come into the center if your symptomatic.

Please make sure you respond to the courtesy text that is sent 3 days prior to your appointment,

you will also receive a reminder email 5 days prior also…

as this is checking you are 100% well. If you are non responsive to multiple texts, calls and emails

we will assume you no longer need your appointment.

We have a full 24 hr cancellation policy, please keep this in mind

if you need to cancel at short notice -you can always send a friend in place of yourself.

For all booked appointments in December, we are requiring a full pre-payment. This can be done over the phone or via bank transfer. For December all appointments will have a 48 hour cancellation policy, however if you need to cancel or reschedule before that, you will receive a full refund.

 If you wish to make a beautiful garden rose petal spa booking with your massage, It is a spectacular room and set in a private garden. You can certainly request a massage only in this divine room also.

Special Date Night time date Bali spa bookings are available also.
