Remedial Massage 1 hour - $110; or 1.5 hour - $150

A therapeutic deep massage with the focus on muscle release. For injury; sport or work related. The modalities used in this massage include Trigger point therapy, Acupressure points, Movement release techniques, Myofacial, Deep remedial strokes and therapeutic stretches.

Hot Stone 1 hour - $130; or 1.5 hour - $175 - The original and best stone massage

This beautiful thermal therapy uses warm stones to melt away tensions from your muscles. The combination of the therapists skilled hands with tools of the earth, assist your body's natural healing process. This treatment will provide the client with a sense of grounded nurturing, guiding you to inner peace and tranquility.

Swedish Massage 1 hour - $110; or 1.5 hour - $150

A relaxing nurturing treatment with either gentle or firm strokes. Ideal for the relief of tension and general muscular aches and pains.

Aromatherapy Massage -1 hour - $110; or 1.5 hour - $150

A relaxing soothing style of massage used with therapeutic essential oils to relax both the body and the mind. A wondrous choice of high quality oil blends to suit the individuals mind, body and spirit.

Pregnancy 1 hour - $110; or 1.5 hour - $150

Our specialist pregnancy treatments now provide comfortable supportive pregnancy contoured body cushions for the optimum in comfort. This innovative body support cushion system allows the pregnant client luxurious comfort to relax, enabling effective treatment of back aches, fluid retention, shoulder and neck tension. Essential care in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.

Reflexology 1 hour - $110

Reflexology is a hands-on massage technique that works on the principle that there are pressure point on the feet that correspond to all organs, glands and other parts of the body. Pressure is applied to this area to bring health and balance to the body. Reflexology activates the body's own natural healing system enabling it to heal itself, increase circulation, rejuvenate those with low energy and relax the whole body.
