New Exciting Opportunity for Massage Tour to Chiang Mai – Travel to Train!

The Body Riches Centre in South Fremantle is launching a new training that involves travelling to an interesting cultural city with an ancient history in traditional massage! This is a fantastic opportunity to study Thai Massage at its origin in northern Thailand.

We will be taking a travel group of interested massage students from Perth to Chiang Mai next July (2012).

No prior experience is needed!

This nine-day massage tour incorporates a five days training at The Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai, culminating in a certificate in Thai Massage.  Upon completion, students will be able to demonstrate proficiency in administration of a 1.5 hour full body sequence. The course is suitable for beginners or therapists looking for a unique and exciting professional development opportunity.

Included on the tour will be a variety of fascinating associated massage experiences including taking traditional treatments at Thai day spas, visiting the famous Thai Massage School for the Blind, and attending a traditional Thai boxing (Muay Thai) tournament to observe techniques in pre-competition massage and use of massage for contestants during the match.

All travel, training and accommodation at a 4.5 star hotel will be organised for you and included as part of the package.

This is an exciting way to complete an Australian government accredited Thai massage training with a safe and friendly group.  The Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai is an approved provider for continuing education by AAMT.
